Dream location for a four star hotel
The location of the hotel right beside the Zlatni Rat beach is fantastic. Otherwise the hotel is a decent four star hotel. Food, rooms, pools and gym were all ok but not great. It is still the best hotel in Bol (Brac).

Hyvä perhehotelli
Vietimme mukavan perheloman hotellissa kaksi ja puolivuotiaan pojan kanssa. Hotellissa oli sopiva lastenallas ja lyhyt kävelymatka uimarannalle. Söimme hotellissa lähinnä aamiaista. Valikoimaa oli kohtuullisesti ja taso ihan kohdallaan, parannettavaa kuitenkin jäi.

Hyvä hotelli, joka sijaitsee mukavan, puiden varjostaman rantakadun varrella. Lyhyt kävelymatka sekä kaupunkiin että rannalle. Aamiaisbuffet oli loistava. Kävelymatka myös katamaraanille, jolla pääsi helposti Splitiin.

Loistava hotelli hyvillä mukavuuksilla
Brac saaren paras hotelli. Uima-allas sekä erityisesti kylpyläosasto oli vertaansa vailla. Edulliset hieronnat (n. 30-40e /h) miellyttivät myös. Allasbaarista sai juomaa myös todella edullisesti.

Hyvä hotelli upealla paikalla
Olimme häämatkalla ja parasta hotellissa oli sen sijainti. Meillä oli puolihoito, johon kuului aamiaisen lisäksi illallinen. Molemmat tarjoilut olivat hyviä, tosin tila ehkä hieman hälyisä. Huonoksi puoleksi sanoisin melko ohuet seinät ja kovan sängyn. Nautimme kuitenkin lomastamme ja suosittelisin hotellia edelleen.

Hotel und Aufenthalt war insgesamt sehr schön, ein No-Go war allerdings der letzte Abend an welchem aufgrund eines Kongresses das Essen in ein anderes Restaurant verlagert wurde (und sämtliches Essen kalt war) und eine Live-Band das ganze Hotel bis mitten in die Nacht mit unfassbar lauter Musik beschallt hat - das war eine Frechheit.

The place is nice, we booked it with breakfast and dinner, food is good, staffs are very nice. We booked an ocean view room, but we barely able to see the ocean because there were lots of trees, but we get charge for ocean view room. The air conditioning is set for 22 degrees in the room and guests can not change the room temperature by themselves. The drain in the shower was very slow.

Terrible cleaning/sanitary standards in rooms and buffet, rude staff during breakfast and the property caters to families with babies and small children which does not provide a relaxing environment for solo travelers or young couples with no kids.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location. 5-6 mins walk to the Zlatni Rat beach and 7-8 mins walk to the town. The staffs were just terrible and very unprofessional. Seems like they did not wanna be bothered. From the check in to check out the whole experience with staffs was just terrible, especially the front desk. The room was not fully cleaned. Some basic cleaning. The floor had some stains and we were able to clean it easily with the sanitized wipe. The shower had drain issues! And we had to ask them to fix it. Water was just backing up during the shower. We only tried the breakfast there and the coffee was just disgusting. I saw they were brewing new coffee over the old ones. The taste was just gross. Breakfast was ok. We did not even bothered ourselves to try the dinner. Again the only good thing about this property was the location.

I went to that Hotel with great enthusiasm, because I thought with all the comments that I read it was a four-star Hotel, really four stars, but I found that it was not like that, there were no towels for the pool or for the beach, everything was so crowded on the beach , that there was not even where to lie down, all the armchairs al was occupied, they do not have enough capacity for what they offer in high season, it is not a four-star hotel. The food looked like they kept the loaves from the day before. They tasted kept the fish still seemed reheated. The Hotel is beautiful, the location is very nice, it has a nice view, but it is not facing the sea, you have to walk to get to the beach, it is not how they show you in the Picture, it has several beaches in front and you have to ask which is the beach that belong that Hotel. I was wrong and I went to one where they kicked me out. I felt very sad, but hey, it's a matter of experiencing it yourself. Taxis are very expensive, they take advantage of tourists. The truth is that I have very little desire to return to Croatia!! Is a very nice place but I am very disappointed!! the beaches are stone beach!! if you go,you have to wear those slippers to swim in the sea, because if you don't you will leave with horrible foot pain! This Hotel deserves two stars for the service and for the building, it deserves four stars.

The property was beautiful and right along the beach. It was a short walk to the town center where there are shops and restaurants, and boats to go on excursions like The Blue Cave Tour. We felt safe and it was very clean and well maintained. It was a perfect spot for a family vacation!

Good hotel, not so good breakfast
Good hotel, location ideal, breakfast disappointing, good staff. Breakfast finishes at 10 so very busy and noisy from 915 onwards, poor coffee, limited food choices, queues for most items. If it finished at 11, would spread the number of people out. No excuse for bad coffee.

Hotel has very much a business/confrernce feel. We were there early in their season, but staff felt like tgey could not be bothered. They felt fatigued already. They were not particularly friendly or forthcoming with a friwndly face. Despite cards in the room saying that they were eco friendly and would only change towels if left on the floor, all towels were replaced everyday.

Modern room with comfy bed and nice outlook from balcony. 10-15 minute walk into Bol village from hotel along a lovely walkway next to the sea. Zlatni Rat beach in opposite direction and close by. We were half board and found the food very similar each day, more variety would have been nice although food was well cooked.

From our arrival, until we leave we felt amazed with the location, hotel and the service. Everything was spectacular and we will go back next year for more.
