* Ground Floor Apartment (5+1 guests) – one master bedroom, one family bedroom with a bunk bed and pull-out bed, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living area, sea-view terrace, and direct access to the private garden with an outdoor kitchen and lounge area.
* First Floor Apartment (4+2 guests) – two double bedrooms, one en-suite bathroom, an additional bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, living room with a sofa bed for two guests, and a spacious terrace with beautiful sea and mountain views.

Guest access
Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa, including both apartments, all terraces and balconies, the private garden, outdoor kitchen, lounge area, covered dining terrace, and private parking. The property is reserved solely for your group, ensuring complete privacy throughout your stay.
