”This was a wonderful experience. The host family was charming, considerate, and very accommodating. The pictured stairway is the entrance to the host's single family home. The host family lives upstairs over the one bedroom, one bathroom, work from home (wfh) studio apartment, which is on the ground floor. Everything was clean. The "kitchen" has a small (dorm size) refrigerator/freezer, sink, griddle, microwave, a coffeepot, some cabinet storage and a counter area. Folgers coffee, coffee...

”Make sure you arrive before 10 p.m. After that good luck trying to get someone to the front desk. They'll try to argue and say you weren't waiting and that you need to call a number that's not even listed.”

”We noticed the smell of smoke in the elevator and hallway. The room was ok but the TV didn't work and there was no information on the hotel or surrounding area. Not even a number for the front desk. I went downstairs to request a different room which we got quickly. The TV worked that night but not the next morning! At breakfast the coffee was from a push button machine and it was terrible. The breakfast was pretty good but a microwave would have been useful. The hotel is definitely showing...

”Our window must have leaked at sometime in the past and it was repaired poorly. Curtains were half missing and remainder was stained. Air quality/odor in room was an issue, due to suspected mold or water damage. Wear and tear throughout the hotel.”

”Location is good near by Mall of Georgia where you can even walk. Also a few nice restaurants in the walking distance. Breakfast was ok but not so many options. Air conditioning was noisy and also the traffic noise was quite heavy.”

”Breakfast was great. Rooms are nice and clean! The only complaint about the area, NOT THE PROPERTY, is the concrete barrier in the middle of the road that at times causes you to have to go past your destination and do a U-turn.”
