”I needed a one night stay before my flight. Although not an ensuite i had a bathroom along the corridor to myself. Host was very friendly and informative, helped with all my airport access questions. Excellent value for money, and only an 8 minute flat walk away from the airport. Yes some bits are a bit tired, but for the price paid excellent value for money. Would definitely stay there again when flying from Newcastle Airport. ”

”I booked this last minute as our other booking cancelled and we needed somewhere to stay for a nearby wedding. Wow this is a gorgeous place. Everything from organising an early check in for us to the lovely breakfast the next day was amazing. Our room was like a suite with a lovely super king bed and the bathroom was also massive. For the price you pay it’s such a good deal and we will be returning and might book the golf or evening meal as add ons. ”

”We stayed for 5 nights and wish we could have stayed longer. Sally and Paul were perfect hosts, friendly and chatty. The room was clean and well equipped. The location was great, not too far from the centre or the attractions but nice and quiet. Only had breakfast once but it was delicious. Everything was clean and we had all we needed. Definitely will be booking again when we can ”
