”Staff are helpful, room and breakfast is ok. Location wise, kindly note it needs to walk uphill ~20min from San Miguel main area, which is tiring at a 3200m altitude. ”

”The hotel is very nice boutique hotel, clean and feels new.
Staff very nice, professional and caring, assisted in planning our evening, called for reservations and even came down to the street to tell the driver where we are going. Felt well taken care off.”

”The room felt very neglected. Light swithch by the room door was not working properly and light could not be turned on entering the room, the bedside lamps were not working, and electric outlet where the electric water kettle was plugged not working (a long extesion cord was placed in the room by the staff to allow the use of the kettle). The shower base was leaking wetting the bathroom floor every time the shower was used. The bread toaster at the breakfast table was not working properly and...
