”Very friendly, enthusiastic front desk staff. Modern, upbeat with a musical theme - hence Ludwig’s, as in Beethoven. Beautiful grounds, very close to Lake Bolsena and a walking path by the lake. Easy parking. We loved our stay and would book it again.”

”What a wonderful experience. We rolled into Bolsena on a whim in a Friday evening in April. The place we’d booked online was closed! So we found Casa di Agatha online and made a reservation. When we pulled up is was dark and also looked closed, but soon Tiziano pulled up to let us in. The rooms are in a very old and beautifully preserved building. ”This is one of the most beautiful properties in one of the most beautiful little towns off the beaten path we have come across in our extensive travels around Italy. The property is brand new and beautifully designed and decorated with distinctive finishes and furnishings throughout the location is incredible right at the base of the town of Monteleone. The town of Pieve is only a 10 minute drive away both are incredible and worth visiting as is Orvieto. We were most impressed by Front Desk...

”We had to make a last minute change to this property from one we had in San Gimignano, and we are delighted that it worked out that way. The property is super relaxing and the staff made our stay memorable. The owner/on-site chef made a fabulous 3 course meal for dinner, plus dessert, and breakfast was simply perfect If you do not have a car and anticipate hiring a taxi, I advise that you set up the taxi in advance and the owners will be happy to provide a number for you. ”It was very inconvenient to get to the hotel because cars couldn’t get there being very narrow with the road. Reception was excellent, the room was very spacious. The shower was weak. The worst was the breakfast was one of the worst I’ve ever experienced. The hard boiled eggs were cold, taken out of the freezer and 2-3 days old where the yolks were very dark green. Yuck. All the pastries and pound cakes were not fresh and hard. Nothing is fresh and they charge you for the juices. Bad experience....
