Vacation Rental GK/02 "Limone" at Friedrich-Engels-Str. 18 is a charming 2-room duplex apartment for up to two people, ideal for a relaxing vacation in a quiet setting and just 200 meters from the pier and the beach.

You’ll have access to a living room with a dining area, a bedroom, a kitchen integrated into the living area, and a tiled bathroom with a shower. The apartment is a smoke-free and pet-free zone, ensuring a fresh and allergy-friendly indoor environment.

In the living area, you’ll find a cozy sofa and a flat-screen TV for relaxing evenings. The integrated dining area offers space for shared meals.

The kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and plenty of dishes—ideal for preparing both small and large meals.

The sleeping area features a comfortable double bed and a wardrobe. The window can be blacked out. In the upper part of the maisonette, you’ll find an additional single bed. There is also an external sunshade on the skylight.

The shared garden is available for your use and, with the provided patio furniture, invites you to relax outdoors.

A parking space on the property next to the house is included with the apartment. Bicycles can be stored in the covered shelter. If you’re arriving with more than one vehicle, please park the second car in the public (paid) parking lot.

Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bedding and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (without sheet sets).
