The bright living area of this vacation apartment is cozy and comfortably furnished. A flat-screen TV and a stereo system provide entertainment in the evenings or on rainy days. The seating area in the living room is perfect for relaxing. The balcony is accessible from the living room and faces southeast.

Both bedrooms feature double beds (2 x 90 x 200 cm). Large wardrobes keep things organized and provide plenty of storage space for your travel essentials.

The modern, separate kitchen features a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an oven, a ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, as well as a coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. The bathroom is modern and equipped with a shower. The living area, kitchen, and bathroom have tile flooring. One bedroom has carpet, while the other has laminate flooring. Curtains are provided in this vacation rental to block out light. This is a non-smoking apartment where pets are not allowed.

The Sünnslag vacation complex is nestled between Kastanienallee and quiet, tree-lined side streets. Shopping options are only about 200 m away.
The parking space is located next to the house. Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is available.
