An extended weekend in Bolton
This cozy house accommodated all the needs of our group of five ladies. The two downstairs bedrooms were perfect for the ladies who preferred not to climb stairs. The house’s two bathrooms had great lighting for applying makeup, a must foThe showers never ran out of hot water and had good pressure for rinsing all that shampoo from your hair. House was impressively well stocked with towels, toiletries

Lovely home, great communication
Nancy's home is great for a family to stay in. My husband and I spent a weekend up at the lake with my parents, my sister and brother in law. We all had our own space but also had space we could be together. We loved that it was so close to town and the Sagamore that we could walk anywhere, but we didn't have excess noise keeping us awake at night. Nancy's communication was wonderful and when we had a minor issue, she responded quickly and took care of the problem immediately.

Great location in Bolton Landing
The house is located a short walk from downtown Bolton Landing. It is a short 10 - 15 min ride to Lake George Village. Great location close to lots of activities in the area. It was very clean and well stocked with pots and pans, spices, and a nice grill. Worked well for our family with lots of bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Nancy was a great host.

Beautiful home
Nancy was so receptive and responsive, met us on arrival. Our family of 7 enjoyed our stay, easy walk into town with great spots to visit. Only tip is don’t let you leave tall guest stay on the second floor sloped ceilings were challenging for ours tall people.

best location
Myself (retired) and my son, daughter-in law, and two granddaughters (2 and 4) were up for a 4 night stay for a wedding. The house was super clean and perfect for quiet sleeping for grandma upstairs and two bedrooms for the young family downstairs. There is a sweet family room upstairs for watching shows and playing with toys. The screened-in sun porch was perfect for our meals and more play. Outdoors could have been a little more open -- there is seating space and a BBQ, but it is on a hill with no real room for the girls to play safely. Good for adults. But we were so busy going places that was OK. So much for the girls to do -- a conservation museum for kids, the public beach and playground, etc. You can walk to town, which is great, yet it's quiet. We had a super time. Nancy was always checking in with us and answered all our questions. All in -- good for our small family.

Great house to stay we had four adults and four kids. Even in rainy days plenty of rooms to spread out in. Easy access to everything. Extremely clean home and well maintained. Highly recommended

Wonderful stay!
This lovely home in Bolton Landing is a perfect setting in a fabulous location for your pick of relaxing and recharging (on the peaceful screened-in porch surrounded by wildflowers or at the very walkable, nearby lakeside park) or having adventures hiking, biking, swimming, exploring, craft beer tasting, etc.. And Nancy is a wonderful host! We hope to return!!

Beautiful stay in Lake George
It was our second time in Lake George and we really enjoyed our stay at Nancy’s house. We had plenty of room for 5 adults and 2 children. We loved the screened porch the most where we enjoyed breakfast and had conversations on rocking chairs in the evenings. We already miss our stay and hope to return next year.

Wonderful stay
Nancy's place was perfect for my family of 7. She was super responsive to any and all questions. It is a quick walk to town, parks, beaches and restaurants. And a short drive to many hiking trails and the town of Lake George.

Great Lake George vacation house
We had 4 people for a girls weekend. The house was immaculate! Nancy was super nice and helpful. She gave us lots of suggestions on places to visit and restaurants to go to. She stocked the fridge with breakfast food. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked. The whole house was tastefully decorated. We would stay there again.

Family vacation
Loved this property and Nancy was so great to deal with. Everything was as described. We love Bolton Landing and have rented many homes... but this one by far is our favorite. I think my entire family can agree the screened in porch was clutch. We were there the week Fred and the Henri hit. But always found ourselves outside on the porch hanging out. We will definitely be back there!

Excellent home and owner!
We loved our stay in this lovely peaceful home! We loved the comfy beds, the fully equipped kitchen and the loft area! This is such an amazing side of Bolton Landing with peaceful nights and a short walk to the strip. Nancy was extremely responsive and a pleasure to rent from. Thank you so much for offering your home as a vacation rental! It provided instant vacation for us. We cant wait to come back!

Great house in a great location
Nancy's house is just a little gem. It is easily located in the center of town. It takes you about 5 minutes of walking from the door of the house to the main strip of town but it is really quiet around the house. The house was super clean and we had everything we would need for our vacation. There was a great screening porch where we spent our mornings drinking coffee, and there is a very nice fire pit as well. Nancy was a great host. communications with her were easy and she always checked on us to see if we needed anything or had any questions. I would definitely book Nancy's house again when I'll come for a vacation in the lake George area.

Everything about this house is amazing! Great place for adults and kids! Owner is also fantastic!
The owner of the property is very accommodating. She allowed us to check in early so we could take advantage of a full day on the water. The house is very clean and kid friendly. Our group was 6 adults and a two year old. Short walk to all the restaurants and shops in Bolton landing( and I mean short prob 3 min walk to the strip). If you are looking for a place to stay that is quiet with a great property owner who is accessible if you need them then this is the place for you! We cannot wait to stay here again!

Absolutely loved our stay here. The nights by the fire were perfect for s’mores. During the day we just hung out or walked into town. The beach was also a quick trip. Nancy was wonderful with reaching out to see if we had questions and how our stay was going. Not one single complaint. We all loved the house.

Bolton is a wonderful little town that reminds me of Chatham on the Cape! Lake George is a clean beautiful lake with endless possibilities. This house is so close to town! It has a great set up for lots of room for a family to sleep, great screened in porch and cozy fire pit. The owner is always available.

Great place to stay!
I would definitely recommend this property. Nancy is a doll and extremely helpful. She checks on you throughout your stay, to see if anything is needed. The house is well equipped and fully stocked with everything you need. It is extremely clean, you can tell that it is meticulously cleaned and maintained. The house is located not far from the town, about 5-10 minute walk. Boating, Beach, Dining is all walkable distance. We will definitely come back. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you!

A Happy Vacation Place !
Nancy went above and beyond the call of duty to meet our every need. The linens were plentiful and the kitchen well supplied with cookware and cutlery and china. The location was an easy walk to town. We had a wonderful time and the week just flew by.

Great house in Bolton Landing!
This was our first trip to Lake George and we couldn’t have been happier with this house and it’s proximity to town. When we arrived we were greeted by the owner and she showed us the house and where things were. The house was fully stocked (toilet paper, paper towels, hand and bath towels, firewood, etc). The house was meticulously cleaned and organized. The house was also very roomy for our group (4 adults and 3 kids) with room to spare. The owner was very receptive and quick to respond to any questions we had prior to the trip as well as being available during our stay. We enjoyed our time in LG and would definitely stay at this house again!

Favorite Family Vacation
This was my favorite family vacation. Nancy met us there and it was as if we had met before. She walked us through and her words that touched me were, "This is your vacation. Don't worry about anything. And if anything is needed, call me." Those words were as true as were spoken. The house was perfect. Clean, atmosphere of my own home. You won't regret renting one of Nancy's properties. Shops, restaurants and beaches within walking distance. She even came to say goodbye. We will return. Thank you Nancy for making this one of my favorite vacations.

Great house and location.
We enjoyed a terrific stay. The house was everything it was described as. Every night we would walk to the Restaurants in the landing or cook out on the grill and walk down the street for Ice cream. Easy access to all the lake George area has to offer, yet on a quiet cosy street. Nancy could not have been a better host. Plenty of room for the ten of us. Highly recommend for a visit to Bolton landing and Lake George.

Good time in Bolton Landing
Property was well stocked for all your vacation needs. Plenty of items there to cover all your basic needs, just need to bring your food all essentials such as spices, oils, utensils, coffee filters, sugar, too much to list were all there. The house was comfortable and well stocked with books, board games, outdoor games and beach gear. Nancy was wonderful to deal with just a text away if not right next door to answer any questions and always making sure everything was ok. Would book again.

Amazing getaway
Nancy was so nice and accommodating our group of 5. Supplied eggs and English muffins for breakfast! Place was extremely clean and all beds were comfortable. Loved the outdoor living space on the front porch. Highly recommend and would definitely go back!

Super property! Very clean, lots of amenities, Nancy is A Super host. She made us feel very welcome.
We had a fantastic weekend in Nancy's home. The property is very clean, the amenities are endless! Pots and pans galore, dishes,glasses, silverware for many. Lots of utensils, linens, smart tv and the best fire place!! Lots of firewood provided and a few goodies in the fridge. The house set up is great as it has a super loft area for quiet reading or watching tv. A great place for the teens to enjoy time separate from the adults. Easy to get to the village. Great restaurants andoutlet malls. Nancy is a super host. She made us feel very welcome. Best girls weekend ever! Comfy beds too!

Excellent winter trip - house well stocked plenty of room for two families with kids
We visited for a few days to enjoy February's winter carnival in the Lake George area. The house was well prepared - clean, plenty of extra linens, towels, toiletries. Some basics stocked in the fridge was a pleasant surprise and appreciated. Easy walking distance to town park and restaurants - this was a big bonus and one of the reasons we picked this property. We had two families of 4 and there were still 2 bedrooms to spare! Owner Nancy was very accommodating and was great to meet her while we were there. This house will be on our short list for future trips to the LG area.

Rustic House Perfect for Family Vacation
We rented this house for a week in August. The pictures are as depicted. The host, Nancy, was wonderful and could not have been more gracious. The screened-in porch was the scene of many late night conversations. The kitchen was fully stocked and the place was clean. When the coffee maker stopped working, she dropped off a spare by the next morning. That's customer service! She checked in with us throughout the week and even brought us some fresh vegetables from her garden. The house is walkable to town but at night there are no streets on the road (after all it is the Adirondacks!) so I recommend bring flashlights for night. You should know that the driveway is sloped (which adds to the charm) and there is space for 3 vehicles.

Great house, Great location!
This house is large enough for a family vacation. There are 4 bedrooms and an extra sleeping area. My family had a wonderful stay. The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of amenities in the bath and bedrooms. The best feature of this house is it’s location. It is 2 blocks from the Main Street so it is quiet and relaxing! You can walk to everything the restaurants, the beach and the supermarket, Nancy was very helpful, making sure we had all that we needed. I would highly recommend this house for your next vacation!

Great location and great house for families. We went with four sets of adults, two who had kids. The setup was perfect with the four larger beds and the four smaller ones in the loft. The location to downtown Bolton Landing was ideal as well. Nancy was great and kept checking in with us making sure we were good to go on anything we needed or even just on events in town! Comfortable house in great location. Easy walk down the hill to Bolton Landing restaurants, shopping, beaches and views. Nancy was very accommodating. Checking in with us every day to make sure we had everything we needed. Rental included fully stocked kitchen, access to great vegetable garden, beach towels, a cooler, etc.

Perfect fit for our family!
This was our first time visiting the Lake George area, and after this vacation, I know we will be back! Nancy was so welcoming, and easy to communicate with. She provided us with everything we needed- I don’t think my own kitchen is as well stocked as she keeps this house! We travelled with 4 adults and 3 children, and the house was perfect for us. We thoroughly enjoyed having the yard outside for the kids to play in, and the fire pit that we could sit around after putting them to bed each night. The kids even gave the house a name... “Brooklyn Leopard”! 😊 Town is 2 blocks away, and we were able to enjoy all Bolton Landing offers without the noise and crowds. We look forward to staying here again on a future vacation!

Wonderful house with great amenities
We had two couples stay in this charming house. There is plenty of room downstairs and upstairs. The owner lives next door and was very hospitable during our stay. She had put wood in the fireplace and the fire pit outside. The location of the house is nice because it is not on the main thoroughfare so it is quiet. However you can walk to the main street and to a lot of eating establishments. Would recommend this house for a short stay or a week's stay.

Very Clean, comfortable with plenty of room. House had everything we needed. Bolton is great!!!
Had a great stay, Owner was 100% available to us to answer any questions. She was most helpful with directions and ideas for activities. We found the location to be perfect, in walking distance to everything. Kitchen fully stocked, cut wood for fireplace and fire pit. My family and I definitely plan to book this same property in the near future.
