”Very dirty room, the floor was covered in dust and debris, there was toothpaste splashed on the bathroom walls and hairs in the sink. The pub was lovely but the room cleanliness needs serious improvement. ”

Lighting in the bathroom is always an issue for me (!) so as usual I had my mirror on the window sill in search of natural light. We ate in the pub on the first night, sharing a platter. Good menu. ”I stayed at the Fenwick a couple of times now travelling on business and enjoyed my stays. The rooms are very well presented and always nice a warm. Good food, especially breakfast. I think the road outside does not do the hotel any favours, but once your inside you can forget the road.”
