”The property did not fully match the listing, one of the bedrooms shown in the photos does not appear to exist, and the room our children were going to stay in had visible mould on the walls. While the property had been cleaned well, this is clearly a maintenance issue rather than a cleaning one. The hot tub, which was a key reason for booking, was not available on our first night. We were only told after arrival that a pump had been fitted that day and it needed time to heat overnight. This was...

”It was pretty good overall. No light switch near the bed, the duvet was too heavy. I didn't like not having a key and it was a nuisance having to keep a note of codes and having to type them in every time you entered. Also, I didn't like receiving the codes at the last minute. But these are all minor points, overall it was good.”

”The room was spacious and reasonably clean. Quite basic but serviceable. What was not good was the bathroom: we understand that a shared bathroom depends a lot on the other guests, but the grime on the toilet and in the bath tub was days old. We chose not to shower here this morning because we didn’t feel at ease.”

”Room was very clean as was the bathroom. It had everything you needed and it was all clearly labelled. Kingsize bed was really comfy. Curtains were blackout so no light got through. Situated in a lovely quiet area so there was no noise throughout the night. Throughly enjoyed the room. Had no issues are complaints. ”
