”Great location. Bathrooms need updating. Temperature of shower was either extremely cold or burning hot. Bathtub porcelain needed repair. Card key worked once. Had to go up and down the elevator 4 times and get 4 different cards taking 20-30 minutes to get back into the room, until one finally worked. No phone in the room to call the front desk, or housekeeping for an extra blanket or towels. This is concerning if there had been a bigger issue.”

”Booked an “accessible” room, by mistake and found that there was a difference in the bed that we preferred not to have - my fault but just saying for others who may have our same preference. Otherwise, learn the AC and TV remote and the stay was just fine. Conveniently located, and very comfortable.”

”Breakfast was wonderful as were Sabrina, Chastity and Janette. Issues: First Room 231: The lines were blown out Thursday and hot water was running from shower & sink. I cleaned both. Bathroom floor wet - I dried. Also the AC would not work right. Moved to Room 334: Toilet wanted to overflow every 2 flushes. The sink spewed water as there was no aerator. The water in the shower would not cut off. We reported the problems and told they would be and were fixed Friday. Not done. Reported again...

”The breakfast and service is outstanding. I love the lobby and the outdoor area which has the fire pit and grill for family and friends. The indoor pool and efficiency rooms make it a great location for a family reunion. We also really appreciated the security feature attached to our room key that is required for elevator access.
Manager Scott and the desk assistant on June 22 at 11:00 am were both attentive and helpful.
I would stay here again and highly recommend it to others.”

Although the water pressure seemed a little low while showering and flushing of the toilet, it didn’t overshadow the good. Bad; pool not clean. Multiple family were disappointed. Some tried to clean the pool.
I stayed there on my way up to NYC and booked again for the trip down because of the breakfast. Waffle maker was a big hit for us. Good variety of choices.”
