”No help from hotel staff when needing a buddy for freediving. Overall staff experience was very bad. Cleaning was not done even on days when I was all morning away from hotek until 14. Shame, because place has potential. Swimming pool and rooms are nice on the new side. You can go swimming to the sea in front of hotel and do snorkeling a bit. City center and restaurants are quite far so better suited for guests with a car.”

”Zimmerausstattung wie beschrieben. Waren jetzt das zweite mal in dieser Anlage, alles super! Das Personal war immer sofort erreichbar. Unsere Klimaanlage ging kaputt, dadurch, dass es Sonntag war und die lokalen Handwerker frei hatten, bekamen wir ganz unkompliziert ein neues Apartment, top Service!!! Die Reinigung war super. Der Pool inklusive der Palapas lädt zum verweilen ein. Wir kommen gerne wieder!”

”This was an amazing experience. I arrived with a family of five total (young college age and two older adults). We had the penthouse and it was divine. Every detail was amazing. It was quiet but accessible to area attractions by car. Easy parking, friendly staff always available for question. I would love to stay at other properties they manage but I have to say we left our hearts at Bliss Bonaire!”

”Huone siisti. Siivous 3-4 päivän välein. Henkilökunta ystävällistä. Ei ympärivuorokautista vastaanottoa. Hotellin yhteydessä oleva ravintola/allasbaari oli erillinen, joten siellä ei voinut tilata mitään huoneen laskuun. Allasalue ihan ok. Jos halusi varmistaa illallisen ravintolassa, usein kannatti varata pöytä etukäteen. Lähin muu ravintola toisessa hotellissa n 10 min kävelyn päässä. Keskustaan käveli n. 35 min. Lähin hiekkaranta 10 min kävelymatkan päässä lentokentän vierellä. Se oli hyvä...

”Tastefully decorated. At night turn on the ceiling lights and see waves on the walls. Little details like led lighting behind tv. Comfy bed and linens. Very clean. Would definitely stay here again. Close to diving sites and town. A+”

”Hotel staff was very bad, not helpful at all. They didn't voluntarily give ANY information about resort and its services but one had to ask about everything, so we missed with some happenings & shuttle services etc! Also they declined to return internet payment even though the PC was broken! Resort area seemed to be bit untidy/unkept and it also was under some costruction work. Maybe as high season was just starting...”

”It was clean, centrally located. I was early and they kept my luggage until my room was ready which they got done first as I was there early. It was nice to have a fridge and utensils. A panini press was all that I saw available for cooking. ”
