”Very beutiful spot on lake. Just off highway but very quiet. Lady who checked us in was very friendly and even came by later on to see if everything was OK. No hotel/motel has ever done that. The room was immaculate and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. This was our second time staying here and will definitely stay here again.😀”

”Complimentary Continental Breakfast was a nice surprise! Had to ask a few times for new towels to be delivered but they were prompt afterwards and thereafter. Murphy bed doesn’t sit flat, it’s abit angled downwards and not the comfiest bed. But it did the job and was convenient. Bathroom door handle was broken when we arrived but was fixed immediately once we informed them. Shower design is a flaw, water will go everywhere ! Air conditioner is loud and not strong enough to fully cool...

”The staff are always friendly and helpful. Breakfast is always a bonus, however, I would like to see increase hours of availability on the weekends. The only negative comment I have was the quality of the mattress in room 234. It was well worn, resulting in a terrible sleep. The mattresses should be inspected regularly to avoid situations like this from happening .”

”Older hotel but well maintained and room is updated. Didn’t have a great check in, staff were distracted managing multiple tasks and what could have been 5 minute check in was very drawn out. Room was clean and modern update. No elevator to access second floor so if needed maybe reconsider. Overall decent stay however very dissatisfied with breakfast service. Wasn’t the purpose of our trip so was a minor inconvenience but if you plan to eat breakfast arrive very early or plan a different...

”We we were on 2nd floor. We had a stroller for our grand daughter. So we had to carry the stroller up the stairs. We had supper at the Italian Restaurant that was there. It was a Thursday night. The service was really slow. Also the food didn't come for at least an hour. The tub drain in our room needs to cleaned. Takes a while for the water to drain out of the tub. ”I stayed here for three nights while attending my daughters' Nipissing graduation. The room was merely okay. It smelled a bit mouldy after the rain. It could definitely use a fresh coat of paint and the bathroom was starting to fall apart. However, (and for the price) everything worked as I needed it to; hence the "okay" rating.
