Cocoonr offers you this charming, typical 110 m² house to rent in Bonifacio, just a 10-minute walk from Cala Sciumara beach. It can accommodate up to 6 people.

The accommodation comprises two buildings, La Tour Saint Jean and the sheepfold. In total, there are three bedrooms with en suite shower rooms. The main building has a 50m² living room and a fully-equipped kitchen. Wifi (fibre optics), sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises

First building (Tour Saint-Jean):
Ground floor:
- A 50 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area
- A fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, including an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Separate WC

First floor:
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200) with en-suite shower room and separate WC, storage space

Second building (the sheepfold):
- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160×200), an adjoining open shower room (with shower), a separate WC, as well as plenty of storage space and a desk.
- Bedroom 3: two single beds (90x190), an adjoining open shower room (with shower), a separate WC, as well as plenty of storage space and a desk.
- The two bedrooms are connected but separated by a soundproof door. They also each have independent access via the terrace.
- A cellar and laundry room

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron, Bluetooth speaker.

Outside:
- A 200 m² south-facing terrace with shaded area and furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
- The outdoor area is not enclosed.

The house is ideally located in Bonifacio, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Activities :
- Around thirty beaches, accessible in 15-20 minutes by car, including Cala Sciumara, the nearest, which can be reached in 10 minutes on foot thanks to a path that starts close to the accommodation.
- Walks and hikes in the surrounding area
- Tasting of local produce

Transport :
A car is essential. If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private car park outside the house (up to 3 cars).

- Nearest port: Port de Bonifacio (10 mins by car)

- The accommodation has silent ceiling fans in both bedrooms in the sheepfold.
- The staircase from the first bedroom leads to a private attic, which is not accessible to travellers.

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
