”There was some subcontracting done on the pool and the company that was suppose to be done prior to our arrival was not finished. We immediately reached out to the owner and she went over and beyond to make it right. This does not always happen. We had an experience like this during Christmas and the owner did not do anything like this owner did. Backyard pool and patio was the icing on the cake. The neighborhood is on the rebound from multiple hurricanes- so it’s a mixed housing area. We would book another stay without question !!”
