”There was no hot water in the room and the mattress was worn out and lacked support. I left with a back ache. When I brought the lack of hot water to their attention in the morning, I was told “yeah room # - doesn’t have hot water in the sink, you should have tried the shower.” There was no way I was going to shower with cold water. ”The front desk staff - amazing. Truly people first service.
The 3rd floor air conditioner was blowing full force in the hallway making it about 20 degrees colder than the rooms. This was reported to the staff. Breakfast was included and was the best breakfast ever. No cold cereal and boxed eggs. Fresh everything and the coffee was perfect.”
