”I was stying here for business trip. Very good quality for the price. If you travel by car and are looking for a place only to stay for thw night this is a good choise. In case on holiday, place is a little remote. Free brekfast is great with even warm cuisine. No bar, no lunch and dinner service. No beer or wine.”

”Clean rooms and comfy bed! The staff was friendly and Serenity was extremely efficient and helpful! The hotel itself is in a great location that’s safe and with lots of walkable places to eat, mingle, and be active. The decor in the hotel was beautiful! The bar area was comfy too! We didn’t use the pool but it was nicely set up and decorated with bold bright colors! The coffee was available without charge but it wasn’t that good. ”

”We had a wonderful stay during our weekend in Dallas. The hotel was clean, modern and very conveniently located. The pool and gym were great amenities. It was smart to have the shower knob near the entrance, so you don’t get hit with cold water. The bed was comfortable and room was spacious. We would recommend the hotel and look forward to staying again in the future. ”

”Had to book something quickly due to flight cancellation. Important consideration was airport shuttle. Upon arrival, called hotel and was told where to locate shuttle stop then call back when there. Did so. At that point (maybe 5-10 minutes later) was told shuttle would be there in 30-40 mins. Unacceptable, why did they not say that in the first place? Took an uber. Check-in friendly (different clerk) but took forever. Room absolutely depressing. Furniture shoddy, carpet worn, curtains/blinds...

”It looks great on the outside but don’t be fooled. Upon arrival I was charged $100 more than quoted. The guy at the front desk said “Expedia always charges less than the actual fee”. Be sure to bring your own cleaning supplies. The window blinds were covered in dirt. The inside of the tub was clean but the outside of the bathtub had not been cleaned in a while. There was toothpaste splatter all over the bathroom wall. The bed linens were clean and the mattress comfortable. Be aware of the ...

”Wasn’t very clean. Didn’t have any shampoo or conditioner so bring your own. Didn’t smell very good either. ”

”We had to move rooms because the burner didn’t work and microwave didn’t work. Shower was closed so tightly I couldn’t open the water. Sticky floors. Loud bathroom air filter. Low cost bedding (not cotton). No community room. No kitchen items need to buy yourself (go to the dollar store or target discount). The thing that made me leave early was the poor WiFi even after “upgrading” it was still horrible!!! Just stupid back and forth blaming the other party and couldn’t not issue a refund....

”Hotel com cheiro de mofo ao extremo. Quarto muito ruim. Cama horrível. Com certeza dentre os hotéis que já fiquei hospedado foi o pior. Muito ruim mesmo.”

”Floor was sticky. Neither of the two windows had locks and were loose and caused a lot of noise to get through. Bed sheets were itchy, had cigarette burns on them. There was roaches… we were there less than 5 hours to sleep and next time I will sleep at the airport.”

”It was very nice. Had a full breakfast. It was located close to Texas Motor Speedway.”
