After several minutes of trying , he phones his boss who was able to find my booking. Once I was given the room, it was several buildings down despite the entire hotel being empty. ”I informed staff my room had ants for 2 days and there was someone else’s dirty towels in the corner( which were not picked up by day 3) The elevator was on its last leg. The coffee and water in the lobby was nice-nice seeing security there at night”
