Whether you're looking for a new favorite hiking trail or ski run or want to dine at any local restaurant, 4 Pines is near all the best High Country attractions. Six miles down the road will bring you to downtown Boone, home to Appalachian State University, local shopping, dining, and parks. Hop on The Blue Ridge Parkway, only five miles away, and marvel at the breathtaking mountain views. Hikers of all skill levels will find the perfect hiking trail for them. Downtown Blowing Rock is seven miles away and boasts local shopping, dining, and a large public park. If you're traveling in the winter, Appalachian Ski Mountain is home to skiing, snowboarding, and ice skating. Grandfather Mountain and Banner Elk are a thirty-minute drive.

4 Pines is a beautifully renovated mountain home with three levels of entertaining space, plus a bonus crow's nest. Upon entering the home, you are greeted with a bright, open floor plan and two sitting areas. Curl up with a good book and a mug of hot chocolate to warm up by the gas fireplace after skiing or ice skating. Gather with family and friends in the family room to share stories of your time exploring the High Country. The state-of-the-art kitchen will handle all your culinary needs with stainless steel appliances, including double ovens and a gas range awaiting the chef in your group. Spread out to enjoy your meal at the dining table or peninsula. Step into the sunroom just past the dining room and relax with your morning coffee while watching your favorite TV show. One of two decks on the top level is accessed from the dining room and holds an outdoor dining table, gas grill, and Big Green Egg. One floor down, in addition to three bedrooms, is the living room with a big screen TV and comfortable seating where guests can watch a favorite movie. The expansive back deck spans the width of the home and features Adirondack seating and a hammock where you can enjoy the fresh mountain air. Engage in a friendly game of cornhole while taking in the views of Grandfather Mountain. Guests of all ages will delight in the lower-level game room's entertainment options. The foosball table is ready for your next family game night. Lounge on the large sectional and watch the big game on the HDTV. A surprise gem of 4 Pines is the crow's nest, accessed via the spiral staircase on the main level. This kid's space has beautiful tongue-and-groove ceilings and a craft table for the kiddos in your family.

4 Pines boasts five sleeping areas and four full bathrooms, two of which are ensuites. The spacious main-level master bedroom is a luxurious retreat featuring a king bed, a large walk-in closet, and a private ensuite. The updated ensuite is a spa-like oasis with a freestanding soaking tub, a level-entry shower, and double vanities. The back deck, accessible from the master bedroom, offers a fire table and Adirondack seating, perfect for a cozy evening. The middle-level houses three additional bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first suite is versatile, with a king bed, twin-over-twin bunk beds, and a private ensuite. The second king bedroom shares a Jack-N-Jill bathroom with the twin bedroom, providing comfortable sleeping arrangements for two guests. The lower level has a brand new king bedroom.

The lower level living area has a twin bed for additional sleeping.

Additional amenities include WiFi, cable TV, central heating and air conditioning, and a washer and dryer. An additional full bathroom and a wet bar are next to the lower-level game room. A solo stove fire pit is ready for your marshmallows. Pets are not allowed at 4 Pines. The home is accessed via a paved road and pull-through driveway with parking for four vehicles. The covered parking area offers level entry to the home, making loading and unloading easy. Please note there is a Ring doorbell camera at the front door. AWD or 4WD is highly recommended for winter travelers.
