”Really nice place! Tivoli lodge is really nice accomodation in heart of Vail. Vail is really nice Alpine style town. I especially liked Creek going through town where you can flyfish.”

”We were very impressed with the check in process and service provided by the front desk staff. The room had been renovated (so we were told), but the bed was definitely NOT new or comfortable (I had to sleep sideways). Also, I was not happy that the valet offered me a cart to take up my belongings (did NOT offer his services and I did not need them), then refused to allow me to take the cart myself....bit of a switch and bait. Checkout was smooth and we did enjoy the flavored water machine. ...

”My only regret with booking this room was the construction right outside our door. Paying what I paid I’d expect some updates and allow me to decide if I ld like to continue my reservation. The river view was nice, just too bad I couldn’t enjoy it. Having workers outside from the early morning until 6pm made the trip average. 25th Wedding Anniversary hit a snag, and also offering Mountain Standard as a great choice for dinner; laughable seeing I again had to hear construction throughout my meal....

”The property was gorgeous. Front desk was friendly but needs to spend a little more time explaining the amenities offered like what floor the pool is on and restaurants that are available. They spent more time wondering about my little Maltipoo, if I reported that I needed a dog friendly room in advance. So if you plan on bringing a pooch be sure to let them know in advance. Other than that it is definitely a princess environment with a classy old world feel. I’m glad my husband picked it...

”10/10 stay! Staff and hotel was great ! We were super impressed with the attention to detail for our 15M old! She got snacks & a toy during check in and they even included a teepee in our room for her to play. Would stay here again!”

”Needs an update”

”The location in vail village is perfect. We parked our car in the garage free of charge during our stay and walked to everything. The staff was top notch they even knew our names. It’s newly renovated so very clean. You can stay in a one bedroom or come with family and stay in a four bedroom suite. This will be our go to location every time we visit Vail.”

”The studio unit had plenty of space and the kitchen was outstanding. Very comfortable bed. Really liked it. The full breakfast was very good although the scrambled eggs were on the cool side. Really nice selection.”

”Everything was great, except for the breakfast. Every bagel was dried out and hard… here were sausage biscuits in a heater pan that were hard as rocks… definitely put out from the previous day and could not eat those (nor bagels). Breakfast definitely needs attention but every other part of the stay was very nice! Also enjoyed using the shuttle service to Vail Village.”

”The rooms were clean and stylish and the linens were quite nice! The shuttle was as advertised, and the staff were kind and responsive. We appreciated the pool and hot tub, but the pool was on the cold side (in June). It is also good to note that when booking through Expedia, the resort fee is not included. It was a bit of a surprise with the bill, but I don’t know that that was the property’s fault.”

”From the moment we checked in the ambiance was relaxing, welcoming and clean! We enjoyed the hot tub in the evening and the outdoor seating for morning coffee. Both staff and breakfast were excellent! Highly recommend if you are looking for more of a modern bed and breakfast stay for a couple!”
