  • Experience a perfect blend of historic charm and modern comfort at Bayside Barn, a delightfully updated 2BR retreat! Contemporary touches include mini-split units throughout and a well-equipped kitchen.

    The sunlit living area is outfitted with a plush sofa and a flat-screen TV with Roku. Complimentary board games offer evening entertainment. Turn on the electric fireplace for added allure. The convenient kitchen has all the gadgets you'll need to whip up favorite vacation meals. Share your culinary creations around the table for four in the dining area.

    This home sleeps three guests in two bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a queen-size bed and a TV with Roku, while the second bedroom has a twin-size bed. The bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower. Prepare tasty meals on the patio's gas grill. Take a reflective stroll through the backyard and enjoy the relaxing coastal breeze. On clear nights, roast marshmallows over the wood-burning firepit.

    Extra perks include complimentary Wi-Fi, Netflix, and a private washer/dryer. In addition to beloved downtown restaurants, Bayside Cottage also keeps you close to the Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens, riverside fishings spots, and ocean-adventure boat charters. Take a 10-minute stroll into town over the Harbor Footbridge.

We found the Bayside Barn to be a wonderful place to stay at BoothBay Harbor. It is very a convenient 5 minute walk to restaurants, shops, the Footbridge across the bay and entertainment. It is well appointed with everything we needed and we would definitely stay there again.

Week at the seashore

The barn was super cute - it was hotter and more humid than expected and the barn kept us cool! Location was central to everything - we walked to all our new BBH faves. We loved our stay.

A wonderful place to stay

We found the Bayside Barn to be a wonderful place to stay at Boothbay Harbor. It's location is perfect for walking to the downtown area for dining, shopping and entertainment. We would definitely stay there again. While the slanted ceilings were a bit challenging, we quickly got used to them. The Barn is well appointed for everything we need.

Cute and cozy stay!

This converted horse barn is a charming, cozy place to stay that's close to places to eat, shopping, and the Botanical Gardens in Boothbay Harbor. It's was easy to get to, very clean, very comfortable, very quiet! We stayed for 3 nights and would certainly recommend this property for parties of 2, or a couple with 1 kiddo. We really enjoyed our stay and would rebook if in the area again.

Great location, perfect size!

This was our second stay in Boothbay Harbor and much better location for us. Close to everything but away from the hustle and bustle. The Barn was the perfect size for us. Super cute and creative use of space. We will be staying there again!

Cute Converted Barn in Downtown Boothbay Harbor

Perfect for two people wanting to spend a vacation in Boothbay Harbor. The barn is extremely cute and walkable to downtown. The bedrooms and single bathroom are upstairs, so keep in mind for any mobility issues.

Perfect location

This quaint cottage was conveniently located near the harbor foot bridge, leading to shops and restaurants. Still private enough to enjoy peace and quiet. Everything you could want is provided.

Love, love loved it

This was exactly what we hoped for! The place is clean, cozy and so easy to get around from this location. Sure you might hot your head on the stairs, but if your my height (5'5") your good! But seriously we can't wait to book again next time we come up!

Fun little getaway

This property is adorable. Very clean. We greatly appreciated that it was orepared for every little thing we would need,right down to a little sewing kit. So very close to everything!

Great location and comfortable spot

Great spot in the Booth Bay harbor neighborhood. Short walks to the outstanding local lobster wharf, the walkway to town, and Mama’s for breakfast. Clean and comfortable with an upstairs queen bedroom, a very small single bedroom. Bathroom is also upstairs. Great place for an active couple.

Beautiful, cozy space - great location!!

My mom and I stayed at the Barn for four night in August on a mother/daughter vacation. We loved the place!! It’s super cozy and felt like a real home. The location is great for walking into town. We stayed in one night and cooked local seafood on the grill and told stories over wine in the living room. Ceilings going up the stairs are a little low but once you figure it out, it’s easy to navigate, even for my 75 year old mom!

Quaint cottage

The cottage was clean and cute. The location was convenient to town but not special. Our only misgiving was difficulty with the entry codes and lock box although the support team remained dedicated to troubleshooting and we ultimately prevailed. I would recommend the property for a short stay by a small group.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a cute little place in a great location to walk to everything in Boothbay Harbor. We had fun listening to live music at Brady’s which is just a short walk from the house. Very comfortable beds!

Gorgeous Sea Village Barn

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was one of our most memorable Airbnb rentals. The barn is quaint, close to amazing seaside walks/villages and it was super clean. Absolutely loved the whole experience and highly recommend it!

Great Getaway!

The Barn was everything promised. It was cozy, exceptionally clean, comfortable, and perfect for a few days away. The location was within a few restaurants or a quick ride down-town. If you're a walker, you will love this area. The Barn was very comfortable for me, soloing. It provide privacy and quiet when needed and all the amenities you need for cooking, grilling and the like. I would do this again in a heartbeat and this trip and location of the Barn is definitely on repeat for me!
