You can enjoy out-the-door access to wooded trails while also being located 5 minutes from the Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens and the Boothbay Golf Course. Take a short drive downtown, and you can find yourself enjoying a meal with ocean views.

Newly built, modern design, this home sits on the end of Wiley Pond with two other dwellings both built by your host and family. The Pond is serene and private, nice for canoeing however no swimming recommended. The sauna is included with your stay and instructions are in the information book. While visiting feel free to enjoy the trails behind and around the property being mindful of neighbors and wildlife.
This rental is located within a residential community. We ask that you are respectful of the neighbors!

We welcome you to enjoy the outdoor space, however please be respectful of the nature, and clean up any trash, and take note of the quiet hours.

No pets, parties, or events, please!

Before you leave:

Please remove trash and recycling from the home and place them in the provided trash and recycling bins found outside.

If you have dirty dishes, please place them in the dishwasher and start it!

Bathing suit is required for the sauna, please.
