”Friendly guy at front desk, work hard to get us in early. Unlike Grand Adirondack rude at front desk when I asked at 2:30 pm if they possibly had a room again 7 hour drive in a snow storm. He laughed at me didn’t check to see if rooms were available. “Check is at 4pm strictly “ and continued to laugh. Next morning he le someone check in early I called him out he said she was just adding a room. ”

”The front desk was very welcoming and accommodating. We appreciate the welcome champagne, cookies and hot chocolate. We had to check in and out at the High Peaks Resort which is infront of Lake House. It was snowy in January so it was as expected. It was mushy and all but we love the whole set up.
