”We had a fantastic 5-day holiday at this chalet located just 20-25 minutes from Cortina d’Ampezzo. It was in the perfect location to explore Tre Cime, Lake Braies, Lake Misurina and Cortina.The chalet was very comfortable and well-equipped with everything we needed. The view from the balcony was stupendous.Ciro was extremely prompt in responding to my many questions. His recommendations for restaurants were great, and we ate many local dishes.”

When this was reported to Verbo they reported that the cancelation was due to unforeseen damages. It was a total scam. While Verbo was able to give us a voucher, and we were eventually able to find another place to stay, it took time and effort away from our vacation we had planned months in advance.AVOID BOOKING WITH THIS HOST AT ALL COST. ”

”Zimmer war sauber (wenn man den Zahnputzbecher außen vorlässt). Entgegen der Beschreibung auf Expedia, hatte unser Zimmer keinen Balkon und statt Bergblick haben wir aufs Nachbarhaus geschaut (mit dem Kopf aus dem Fenster konnte man einen Berg sehen). Leider war es auch sehr warm im Zimmer obwohl die Heizung aus war (Fenster offen lassen ging leider nicht, weil die Abluftanlage vom Nachbarhaus genau beim Fenster war). Personal war freundlich, aber z.B. den Kaffee beim Frühstück muss man aktiv...

”Away from the centre of the village, surrounded by mountains, we had a lovely view from our balcony of a field with donkeys grazing and a small chapel at the far end of the valley. It is quite a hike from the hotel to the lake. If you’re a hiker, then this is the place for you. The dinner was expensive and mediocre. I do not recommend the half-board plan. Breakfast was okay, very limited choices. They benefit from the high tourist numbers obviously reflected in the limited value for money...
