Clos des Sarments – Characterful House with Private Pool on Saint-Émilion’s Doorstep

On Saint-Émilion’s doorstep, in Fronsac village, Clos des Sarments welcomes you to the “house on the bend”. Opposite the Maison des Vins, near Libourne and accessible from Bordeaux, this 300 m² house is exclusively yours: six bedrooms, five bathrooms and room for up to twelve guests.



Exposed stone, vintage finds and contemporary furniture create a warm atmosphere. An equipped kitchen and Wi-Fi are available. An in-person welcome helps you settle in.



The private 900 m² garden blends formal French design with a Mediterranean feel, with spaces to dine, read or relax. The private 16 m² pool, lined with loungers, opens from May to late September, weather permitting. The area is secured; children must be supervised by an adult at all times.



One parking space is available on site in a shared area; street parking is also possible. One pet is welcome subject to conditions, but is not allowed on beds or furniture. A blanket is provided for your pet.



The house is non-smoking, and noisy parties are prohibited. Please respect the property and neighbours, keeping voices and music low, especially outdoors and in the evening. On departure, put your rubbish in the bins shown to you on arrival. Mid-stay cleaning is available for an extra fee.



Explore Libourne market on Tuesday, Friday and Sunday mornings, the vineyards of Fronsac and Canon-Fronsac, and Saint-Émilion’s monolithic church. Bike hire, trails in the Fronsac area and small ports along the Dordogne offer further discoveries.
