Le Clos Daniel - Avensan

Le Clos Daniel is housed in a former farm building, independent with an enclosed garden, barbecue with vine shoots provided, terraces, and located in a hamlet on the road leading from the village of Avensan to Margaux and its prestigious châteaux. Located 30km from Bordeaux and 30km from the ocean. The cottage is very bright with a view of the garden. On the ground floor, large living room with lounge, fireplace insert (wood provided) and dining area. The fully equipped kitchen opens into the living room. A bedroom with 1 bed 160 and a bay window opening onto an outdoor terrace, a bathroom with bathtub and shower, WC. Upstairs: a landing furnished with a bed 140x190cm and a fireside chair, a bedroom with 2 beds 0.80 (possible conversion into a bed 160). Gas central heating. Storeroom on the ground floor with washing machine and dryer. Cars park at the side of the cottage. A ping-pong table and two bicycles are available for short trips to pick up bread. Take advantage of the CablePark activity in the town of Avensan. End-of-stay cleaning is optional. Baby bed and high chair are available. Pets are welcome for a flat rate of €60 per pet.
