Facing the Garonne and the Place de la Bourse, you will discover the old Orléans train station which today hosts a large cinema. Nearby, the European University of Management and a few steps from the Parc des Berges and the Botanical Garden offer a large green area. This new promenade allows you to admire the Tourny facade built along the quays of the left bank. The Bastide is also characterized by its architectural charm, notably with the Bell tower of the Sainte-Marie de la Bastide church and the Cantonal House, an architectural work from the 1930s. It will be possible to reach the city center easily thanks to the tramway or the Jacques Chaban-Delmas bridge.
