”It rained the day we arrived and when we got there, the whole kitchen and living room were flooded and the rug was soaked for the whole 7 day trip so the whole house stunk of mildew the entire trip. We woke up sick every morning from breathing in the nasty air all night. I dont know if someone left the front door open allowing the rain water to come in during the storm but we would’ve enjoyed our trip better if we didn’t get sick every time we were in the house. ”Beautiful place. Very clean. Well equipped with everything you need. Host provides beach chairs, beach towels and cooler. Kitchen well equipped. Nice bathroom with 2 sinks. Balcony with a nice view table and chairs. Beautiful beach on the property and pool. Restaurants and ferry within 5 minutes from property. Highly recommended Clear instructions for everything. Free parking and gated community. Location is great. Close to everything. Highly recommended ”

”Michael's place is wonderful! The view...unmatched. Getting my coffee at The Buzz on site and sitting on the balcony in the morning was one of the highlights of my trip. It's also very close, walk able though I don't recommend it, to Red Hook to easily catch the ferry to St John; Taxi stand on site as well as a bus stop at the top of the hill. Two exceptional restaurants on site as well, Sudi's (get the fish tacos and thank me later) and Paradise Pie (Rip Curl is amazing) The staff at Sapphire...
