”Positive: The house has four bedrooms and three bathrooms, providing sufficient space for several people. All rooms are lovingly furnished so that you feel very cosy in this house. The kitchen is very well equipped so that we could cook easily. Furthermore, there is a barbecue place in the garden. The garden is large and full of trees so that you feel like in a forest. Likewise, you only hear the sound of the birds (including the rooster in the neighborhood) and the fresh smell in the morning is...

”Das Haus wurde nach Absprache mit dem Vermieter vorher gelüftet und gesäubert - zu unserer Ankunft war alles perfekt. Das Grundstück war frisch gemäht, ist riesig und hat sehr schöne Bäume. Zudem ist die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter sehr gut, es wird sofort reagiert, wenn es um den Ersatz einer neuen Gasflasche, eines Grills oder um andere Probleme geht. Der Strand, Plage du Pin Sec ist weitläufig und auch in der Hauptferienzeit nicht überlaufen.”

”Cela fait maintenant 7 ans que je viens à Saint-Vivien et tous les ans je rêve de cette cabane. J'ai enfin réalisé ce souhait de passer avec mes parents le réveillon de Noël au bord de l'estuaire quelle tranquillité quelle beauté que ce soit avec le soleil la pluie ou la brume. La cabane est super bien équipée Fabienne est très accueillante . nous reviendrons sans hésitation”

”De eigenaresse Chantal is een zeer behulpzame en betrokken gastvrouw. Het zwembad is echt heerlijk en er waren voor ons voldoende ligbedden (6 in totaal) Rustig dorp met vlakbij een meer. Bosrijke omgeving met veel wijngaarden. Diverse wandelroutes gelopen met de hond (‘s avonds). Lacanau Ocean (wat winkeltjes en boulevard) en Lacanau Lac (meer waar op het onbewaakte gedeelte de hond kan zwemmen) leuk om te bezoeken.”

”This property has lots of character. The views are glorious especially the afternoon sunsets. The property was well catered for. We prefered this proximaty to St Emillion, in a quiter rural village. However it is just a quick drive and you are able to enjoy all the wonderful restaurants and wine estate for which St Emillion is famous for. Perfect for a family or family & friends for a relaxed holiday.”
