”Clean and fancy. Some items looking slightly worn but still the best hotel in the area. Street vendors smoking meats across the river with the windows open in the main hotel areas led to smoke smell filling the hotel. Staff seemed clueless that people might not like that. AC was weak in room but expected for Georgia. AC was weak in gym, but gym was nice. Pool stunk heavily of being over-chlorinated. Smelt like 10ppm or something crazy like that. ”

”A lovely and comfy hotel, great restaurant downstairs. Better than the “luxury” Crowne Plaza from across the road, where nothing is working. Will definitely consider staying here again if I am back in Borjomi!”

”The location is amazing, too many activities near the apartment. Best place to stay with family.
However,
1. The hotel has to be renovated urgently.
2. Furniture is old,
3. Towels are mostly torn
4. Bath amenities with the lowest quality
5. SPA doesn't have slippers and enough towels.

”Brusebadet var ikke så godt, men ellers var det helt fint. Dejlig store værelser og gode senge.
Personalet var også meget venligt, og morgenmaden var rigtig fin 😁”

”We had a wonderful stay—the family hosting us was incredibly kind and welcoming. The hotel is very well maintained, and our room was spacious and comfortable. In the morning, we enjoyed a fresh and delicious breakfast. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again.”

”This is a wonderful property in Borjomi, it's a little out of the way but close enough to get a taxi into town. The hotel was great, very comfortable rooms with great staff, and they have a bidet, a true gem.”

”This is a very simple hotel on a large very noisy road. The people who work there (we had contact with 4 or 5 people at different times in less than one day) are accommodating but do nothing if not asked, and you have to find them first.
Positive: Nice mattress
Negative: Everything else...
- It is very noisy both from the road and the rooms. We had men next to us who were extremely noisy.
- The bedding solution is not good with sheets that are uncomfortable and there is one blanket that good for...

”Hotel is not on Google maps, hotels.com coordinates are in a river. When I tried to call them, they hung up because I spoke English and thereafter denied my calls. Money out the window. Had to book another hotel”
