The spa was beyond words: sauna, hot tubs, cold beer... Loved it! All worth the money! And good breakfast - not included in every accommodation in Iceland, this was very nice.”

”Amazing spot to see the Puffins… the staff was wonderful. It was on the pricey side. Our most expensive stop on the Ring Road by far. Very small town, not much there, except an awesome Puffin experience. That’s must be the big price tag… and it was worth it! ”

”Wonderful views. Warm and comfortable apartment in the guesthouse. Kitchen facilities fine. When the sun is out lovely to sit outside. Comfortable bed, hot shower. Even some books supplied. As ever the only thing is noise from other apartments as the 5 are in one line so heavy walking vibrates the flooring. As long as people go to bed at a reasonable time and don't get up too early not too much of an issue.”

”The hotel and the location are amazing, walking distance to everything. Great views of the mountains and the whole town. Only problem we had was getting a place to have breakfast, the hotel recommends Hotel Aldan but we showed up at 8 in the morning and they did not have breakfast available (there was a group that was having breakfast) but they told us that they didn't have for the 2 of us. Only coffee was available?! Other than that a great stay, but be aware of maybe packing your own food in...

”This property was cute, quaint, and cozy. The upstairs are steep and narrow which could make it difficult for an elderly or disabled person. I found that it was difficult cooking for 3 in terms of how the kitchen was equipped (no steamer or strainer capability). The laundry facilities are in an external building. Was only able to do 3 loads of laundry in 1 1/2 days. The village was enchanting. ”

”The guesthouse has simple Ikea furnishings, but we really liked it. Seydisfjordur is a very small place, but there is a very nice restaurant a short walk away from the guesthouse. We did not therefore cook ourselves, but for breakfast there was coffee, filter bags milk and sugar in addition to coffee machine and toaster. This was very thoughtful and nice.”

”This adorable little cabin was perfect for our stay traveling around the Ring Road! My grandmother and I LOVED this cozy place. It was nice to have a cabin all to ourselves and our own beds that were very comfortable! The TV and wifi worked wonderfully (it has been one of the only places with a TV on our stay so far) so we enjoyed a nice movie and coziness on the comfortable couch while it rained at night.
