INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL:

- Consumables such as oil, salt and pepper are not guaranteed – this depends on the discretion of the previous guests.

- Bed linen and towels: 1 large towel per adult/child provided, regardless of the length of stay.
Please note, baby towels and beach towels are not provided.

- Self-check-in is possible via a key box on site.

- Travel cot hire with accessories (mattress, mattress protector, fitted sheet); high chair hire = chargeable option & subject to availability.

- 1 caretaker (on site subject to availability)
- Secure access with a code to enter each time you drive in or out (sent after booking)

Kitchen furnishings refurbished in May 2024.

- 1 cosy master bedroom with private terrace (140 cm bed) + reversible air conditioning (installed in March 2024)

- Living/dining area with:
2-seater sofa bed (140 cm)
1 single bed (standard approx. 90 cm)

- 1 bathroom with shower + storage: separate toilet

- Outdoor courtyard with trees and no overlooking neighbours on the living room/kitchen side.
Accessible via the bedroom terrace.
Option to eat outside or bring the table and chairs inside.
Sun loungers & clothes horse provided.

- Washing machine located near the entrance (to be replaced in May 2026).

- INFO: The property, which is an older build, was partially repainted in June 2025 following water damage. However, some visual imperfections may remain, such as cracks, traces of adhesive on the bedroom tiles near the bay windows, or yellowed grouting.

SURROUNDINGS & LOCATION:

- Close to shops, the beach, the harbour, the sea, playgrounds, a skatepark and La Favière’s summer festivities (night market, etc.)

OTHER INFORMATION TO NOTE

- Accessibility for people with reduced mobility:

As the property is on one level and on the ground floor (with a slight step at the front door), it is accessible to people with reduced mobility, particularly those in wheelchairs.
However, please note that not all doors are the same width.

Security and verification:

An ID card is required after booking to ensure the security of the accommodation.

No smoking indoors – Pets not allowed – Parties and events are prohibited out of consideration for the neighbours.
