”Need to improve on the cleanliness of the kitchen. Inspect the kitchen utensils, the water filter is leaking, the dish soup is non-existent, the drying rack left in the kitchen cupboard to house insects, the living room sofa leather was teared apart. The amenities advertised includes water bottles, but when asked for it from the staff on site, it’s not provided as complimentary. The bedroom door cannot be locked for some room, there’s stain on every bed and bedsheets. Overall the 3 bedroom...

”The Resort is set in a stunning location with wonderful views of Mount Kinabalu from the affiliated Restaurant. A stay in one of their 2 longhouses is a must and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The only downside to our stay was that we didn't get to try their famous homemade scones as they are too popular! ”

”This is not a hotel. Its a collection of motel style rooms for which you need a code to get into a mail box where you might find a room key. But first you have to find the place. Location as shown on hotels.com is jsut plain wrong and misleading. The local people have never heard of Rail Suite Aeropod. Even the security guy in the building had no idea. They may know it as Cactus Rail Suites. You must make contact with the provider who will send you the code to your mail box. And when you...
