”The property sits in quiet area very close to mtsu. The units are well insulated. My partner and I are both light sleepers and we weren’t bothered by street sounds or other guests. My only complaints were the mattress felt like a stack of cold waffles and the pull out bed was more of a cot than a bed but overall still a great stay!”

”This was an extremely disappointing experience. The hotel lobby gave a decent first impression, but the moment we got up the stairs, it was obvious we could not stay there. The bed had visible stains and hair on the sheets, which immediately made us question whether the bedding had even been changed between guests. The toilet was filthy with poop around the seat! ”The room was great! We had a handicap accessible room and it was huge. It was very clean and nice. Our only disappointment was with the breakfast. It really wasn't a breakfast as advertised and most of the time they were out of various things and this was like 30 minutes after the breakfast opened. Also, they were out of things like creamer "because their truck didn't arrive until Wednesday". I understand that but there was a Sam's across the street. They could have picked something up. ”The room was spacious and clean. Limited amenities, but sufficient for my needs. The continental breakfast, was a continental breakfast. Very limited options, but I did not need a lot. Had apple juice only coffee and milk. Staff was present and receptive to my needs. Very helpful and responded immediately. Not an expensive hotel so that was a plus for making my a reservation there. Parking very convenient. Close to a lot of restaurants.”
