”The room was clean, the pool area was okay. There was a weird blackish residue on the signs in the pool and a thick white foam on the top of the hot tub. Breakfast was good with very helpful breakfast staff. Our experience was mixed due to them pulling up the carpet in the stairs and the hallway we were staying in. Overall wasn't bad.”

”Hotel was clean and the guy at the front desk when we checked in was helpful and friendly. Our room was renovated and clean and shower was good. Breakfast was included which is a plus. The only thing that I would say as a negative is that the bed was uncomfortable for me but my husband was fine with it. And the fitness center could be bigger and have more machines. The treadmill wasn't working. Other than that it was fine. We stood for a weekend and would probably stay here again.”

”The carpet in the room smells weird. I booked two nights from Expedia then realized we need one more night during check in. The front desk person told me to contact Expedia and then Expedia told me I have to deal with the hotel. We ended up staying just two nights.”

”The hosts were very nice and the breakfast was excellent. The house is located on a very busy and loud road, and the car noise is very prominent. We stayed in the front bedroom so the noise was really bad. The room (La Botanica) was very small. There was no room to set up a suitcase or to move around the bed. The bathroom shower was tiny. As nice as the breakfast was and the hostess, we won't return.”

”Breakfast was good, I loved the location, staff was amazing I will definitely stay again. The only thing I suggest is the cleaning staff check the rooms more frequently I stayed 5 nights I only got room service once because I caught someone in the hallway before me and my daughters headed out.”

”Electrical outlet was sparking (of which I notified the staff), room smelled, window shade stained, AC unit was extremely noisy compared to most hotels. Staff was great, but for a new hotel, it needs to be better maintained.”

”It was lovely. Very appealing, approaching the front entrance. Inside beautifully decorated with a fresh smell throughout the lobby and corridors. No problems parking, well lit with steps to entrance. Accommodation, room was very clean, inviting and felt like home. Our view looking over the swimming pool outside was lovely and inviting. Staff was friendly. The only issue, the corners of the beds. My wife really bumped her leg but icing it immediately help not forming a bump. I think installed...

”The breakfast was decent but there was a line because it wasn’t self service. The bedroom was clean but the bathroom caulking was digusting.”

”Staff great. Hotel nice. Little confusing trying to figure out how to get into the hotel. Had to call hotel for instructions. Once in parking garage, it was difficult to navigate to hotel lobby. Once in hotel everything was great. Having a door from the lobby to the venue made the stay 1000% more convenient”
