”The staff didnt open the door, was propably sleeping, water pressure was poor, and first just cold water. When complained about this, the answer was that just think it's ok to use cold. There was no instructions for using the safe, staff didnt know how to use, neither Did the manager. Then they gave all keys for all safes in the place. Same money can get a decent hotel from the area, dont go here.”

”Problems with checking in, nobody answered the buzzer. We were at the hotel 2 am but check in was 24/7. Gladly we got a nice local to call the hotel for us and got in.
