”The room was clean, the bed comfy.The room was not expensive. The staff did not seem friendly and the service was grudging. This is apart from the manager who was very friendly. The food at the bar was average, the chips were cold and hard. It is not possible to sit out by the pool as we hoped as the metal lounge chairs were old and covered in dirt and leaves. The few cushions were dirty and damp.”

” We had an incredible stay at Umoya Lodge in Pilanesberg and couldn’t recommend it more. The game drives were absolutely amazing, made even more special by our ranger, Rassie, who was knowledgeable, passionate, and a joy to spend time with. We saw so much wildlife and every drive felt like a true safari adventure. The food was excellent throughout our stay, and the lodge itself is beautiful. Our room was very spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed—perfect for relaxing after a day out...

”Pool is good, great breakfast, beautiful gardens. Rooms are small, shower was mouldy and leaked into room. ”

”Food isn't good, very high in fat, carbs and sugar. No healthy options asides from salad which it doesn't really count. They have a ton of staff but they aren't customer service focus more like out to lunch. Nobody greets you or even look at you, they avoid eye contact. Definitely didn't feel welcome. Hotel itself it's fine and basi amenities need improvement and easier access to use them. The safari drives are chaotic needs more planning and organization. ”

”Ruim huisje met terras en uitzicht op het park. Op zich niks verkeerd, maar niet helemaal zoals op de foto's op de website. Die waren, vermoed ik, van de nieuwere huisjes aan de andere kant. Beetje misleidend :-( Het diner was goed maar het ontbijtbuffet was wel heel duur naar Zuid-Afrikaanse normen en niet eens zo speciaal. ”
