We experienced a user error with the air conditioning and they had someone come over and explain to us how they are operated via motion sensors. The suites are gorgeous and the supermarket is such a convenient option as well. We were bummed that we did not partake in the amenities such as the gym and pool, as well as the Michelin awarded restaurant, but we look forward to returning here and cannot recommend this place enough!”

”Fantastic place to stay in Ibiza, great location, super clean, large room, comfortable bed, awesome bathroom with walk in shower. AC worked great which is a MUST in Ibiza. Pool deck area and pool was wonderful, the hotel felt more like staying in a high end boutique property, than your typical large hotel. Walking distance to anything you needed, minutes from everything. Highly recommend.”
