”I stayed here for one night and was fairly unsatisfied with my stay. To begin with, the receptionist was on the phone throughout the entire check-in process, which felt unprofessional and unwelcoming. In addition, the room was described as non-smoking, but there was a strong cigarette odor as soon as I walked in. To make matters worse, the toilet had not been flushed from the previous use. I understand this is not a five-star resort, but I still expected a basic level of service and cleanliness...

”Nice hotel, but the service was horrible and unbelievably frustrating. Every single day we had to beg for basic things like towels. We called multiple times throughout the day and would not get them until the night shift came in after midnight. Our reservation was for three people, yet they kept trying to give us only two sets of towels.
The worst part happened when I went to the front desk after calling all day with no response. We had not been able to bathe because we had no towels, and we had...

”Room 126 was clean and the bed was comfortable. The walkin shower was tricky but only because it was my first time. The shower rail fell due to one of the holders having a gap. I was able to get it back on but hopefully it gets fixed soon. Tge staff were very polite and the breakfast was solid!”
