”The room was decently clean, there was no coffee or coffee maker. There was no shampoo in the shower. The most inconvenient thing is that we weren't informed that the only elevator they had wasn't working ”

”Room 126 was clean and the bed was comfortable. The walkin shower was tricky but only because it was my first time. The shower rail fell due to one of the holders having a gap. I was able to get it back on but hopefully it gets fixed soon. Tge staff were very polite and the breakfast was solid!”

”I stayed here for one night and was fairly unsatisfied with my stay. To begin with, the receptionist was on the phone throughout the entire check-in process, which felt unprofessional and unwelcoming. In addition, the room was described as non-smoking, but there was a strong cigarette odor as soon as I walked in. To make matters worse, the toilet had not been flushed from the previous use. I understand this is not a five-star resort, but I still expected a basic level of service and cleanliness...

”There AC in our room was broken the TV didn't work the lights blinked they didn't do anything to fix it no refund nothing ”

”The first room we were in, the air did not work. Moved us to a different room no problem. Next morning we only got to take 1 shower, there was 3 of us, the shower was a walk in shower ansmd it flooded the bathroom and out to the front door. We had a mess to clean up because the shower did not drain well. We were on our way to a memorial service and 2 of us did not get to shower. The property has refunded our money. The beds were comfy and everything else was great for us.”

”A beautiful and well-lit Victorian home in a wonderful neighborhood, conveniently located near many of the best attractions in Shreveport and Bossier City. The room was very clean, and you can tell a lot of care and thought has gone into the B&B. Our host John was incredibly generous, providing plenty of snacks, coffee and toiletries. We unfortunately missed his famous breakfast due to time constraints but we highly recommend staying here!”

”The staff was excellent. The room was the pits. There was no closet in the room. The mattresses were totally broken down one chair and it was broken. The alarm kept going off, but no instructions on how to turn the alarm off so we unplugged it when we checked out, we expressed how unhappy we were and she offered to return our money if she could, but she said it had to go through you so I’m somewhat hopeful. I will be hearing from you about a refund. Thank you.”

”Great staff. Great location if ur heading to see fam or do business in Bossier. It’s my hometown, this is where I stay, can’t say enough good things about the staff, consistent delivery.”

”I stood outside the locked doors ringing the buzzard for 20 minutes until some older woman in pajamas opened the doors. I then stood at the counter for an addition 30 minutes calling the hotel so i could check in. Numerous homeless people arou d the property and staff looks like theyre in a half way house. I canceled my reservation on the spot and went to holiday Inn”
