”Clean property. My only complaint is that the rooms AC need some work . Turned all the way down and it was so hot at night. They don’t have ceiling fans.”

”Fine for the most part. The bed was way too hard for our taste so we didn’t get much sleep. I found out the next day that if we would have shown our room key card at Texas Roadhouse we would have gotten 20% off. That should have been mentioned at check-in. That cost us $27.”

”Our suite was roomy with well thought out furniture. The facility has many pleasant amenities and the visual appeal is high.”

”check in staff was not happy to be at work and it showed,sports bar was nice and the staff and bartender were great, ordered breakfast from the coffee shop,the restaurant didnt open till 8am. no butter salt or pepper available you have to get that at the restaurant. they were closed till 8am”

”The room was okay with a comfortable bed. Had an elevator to go the 2nd or 3rd floor but it was hot. Everything was okay but the only thing I didn't like was that I had to park a lil far from my room but I actually was able to park right by the elevator. I also liked that the property shared a parking lot with Denny's so dinner was very easy to get. Very easy check in and check out.”

”breakfast, nothing but toast and coffee. If you're going to do at least the minimal, it should be fresh pastries and coffee.”

”Staff was great. Old, run down, under construction. Several areas closed off including the pool, hotel entrance, etc... Lots of extra walking due to these areas being roped off. I wouldn't have minded this if I was forewarned.”

Ordered my meal and it took over 30 minutes to get it and was not what I ordered. Had to speak with manager bc waitress didn't come back to let me know they were out of the food I selected but still charged me for it.. So he had to take it off and correct it. ”Was a nice place to stay. The property was set away from the major traffic on a service road, which was a plus for privacy and noise. The front desk was attentive to requests for an extra coffee packet and sugar. Room was clean, bed was clean, shower and facilities were clean. (I have a blood, urine light that exposes unclean surfaces)- a good thing to have when staying at a hotel. If I ever have to stay in Shreveport, LA. again, this will be one I will consider. ”Property needs a little TLC, the only thing I could say is the young gentleman who checked us in tried really hard to make sure we were happy. Helped us get a room we needed for our four legged kiddo.”

”The bed was very clean. No bugs in room. Door does lock. Fridge and microwave present however did not verify if it works. However the shower was moldy, and the noise coming off of the highway is very loud. The room is spacious but dated. Works great for a few hours of sleep. Never mind the sign in the lobby lol 😂. Basically says “stay your own risk”.”
