”We were asked to book a breakfast time slot on arrival, so we selected 8:30–9:00. However, when we went down that morning, all the doors were locked and there was no staff present. We tried every contact number provided, including the delivery and service numbers advertised, but received no answer or callback.
This was extremely disappointing, particularly as we needed to leave promptly. In the end, we had no choice but to leave at 9:30 without breakfast and return the keys through the...

”Rooms were very clean, quiet and comfortable. Food at the pub was the best we had during 2 weeks in Wales. Staff was helpful, friendly, and very accomodating. Highly recommend this place as convient to the Cardiff airport and very comfortable.”

”I had a wonderful one night stay at the Coach Inn while passing through. The facilities at the inn are great and I would thoroughly recommend it. One comment for consideration the bedroom window was screwed shut in my room no 9, the room gets full sun making it hot with no air so it would be a major benefit to be able to open it for some fresh air, my suggestion would be to fit some stops instead of it being screwed shut so it could open say 8" or so.
