We had soccer games at Gillette Stadium off and on all day and to be able to walk back and forth throughout the day was the absolute best. The little stores and places to eat are a plus in Patriot Place. The staff was very attentive and whatever we requested, like more towels they delivered them in a matter of 10 minutes. It was a very nice stay and we will stay again next time we come down to Gillette.

Great place stayed a few times over the years. It’s hard to realize everything going on in the area that the hotel supports. We went to Revolution game at Gillette 4/6/24. We did not realize there was a 10 year old boys hockey tournament or convention near by. They have no appreciation for other guests or noise factor or not slam doors and yell at 2 or 3 am.

Quick and easy check in. Friendly staff. Clean room. Only downfall was small pool, but no big deal.

The overall hotel was nice. I would say that the TV was difficult to use as some of the channels didn’t work and the tv guide didn’t match the actual channels. Parking adjacent to the hotel is limited so you may need to park across the lot as it does fill up quickly.

Wesley, the front desk clerk who checked us in was great. I walked back in to the hotel the next day and he was at the desk and greeted me by name! He is a credit to the hotel. I also was very impressed with the security within the hotel needing a room key to access the elevator. Breakfast was pricey and I thought would have been included but overall, good experience.

Too loud
Our check in went well. Room was clean. We have stayed several times before. What we haven’t experienced before was the blaring music from the courtyard outside our room in the middle of the night. We were all woken up to this at 4am and it continued into the morning. We weren’t asked how our stay was at check out just asked to put our keys down as the clerk walked away so we couldn’t give feedback.
