The property looks nice, new and modern. However, our sheets were dirty and no one changed them. We called the front desk and someone showed up at the door, gave us sheets and left. So we had to make the bed ourselves. THERE’s NO HOUSEKEEPING!! Yet there’s a card to leave a tip for the cleaner - makes no sense. Our sheets also were not correctly placed on the bed. The fitted sheet did not fit the bed and was inside out.
The bed was very uncomfortable. I woke up with back and neck pain each morning.
The dinner lounge and very limited options but there are many nice restaurants in the area, so it didn’t mater to us. We had breakfast at the buffet and the pastries were delicious, thought the eggs tasted weird. We were able to find delicious breakfast restaurants around in the surrounding towns.
Overall, it was a place to sleep for a couple of nights but I would not stay there again. No housekeeping is a deal breaker for me. The pool is tiny and was also very COLD.
