So the place could use a little renovation in the hallways, the hallway had alil bit of a smell to it but I think it’s because off pple cooking in there rooms, most of the rooms have kitchenette in them which is kinda good cause it gives you options to cook, but you have to ask the front desk for the pots and pans and other utensils, it doesn’t come with the room when you check in. The room was clean, could use some updating on furniture and a new coat of paint. The staff there was nice and accommodating if you needed anything. The breakfast wasn’t anything special at all lol it just had oatmeal, granola bars and coffee. Other than that Not bad for the price of room, the building not luxurious, but it does do the trick if yours just need a room for a day or 2 to rest, it is pet friendly. So over all I’d rate it a 5.5 out of 10

Checking in at night I appreciated the parking lot being well lit. Check in was easy. Overall my room and lobby were okay at best. Nothing special, a bit run down, but clean. I was missing a remote which the front desk did replace however the tv never worked in the end. Check out in the morning is where the real problems began. When the woman at the desk said i had not payed for my room the night before and than argued with me about it even though i had an emailed receipt and a bank statement proving i had payed. After refusing to pay she did call expedia and got it sorted out. But the things that were said and the way it was handled was not good.

Not worth the money even if it's cheaper than some
I checked in at about 2:30AM due to coming from a party (which was the point of getting an hotel close by) and as I got there the system was down. It took about 45 minutes to get the system back up again. Once I finally started working with the front desk receptionist she couldn't find my reservation. I booked on hotels.com, so she then had to call customer service to get answers. This process took another 20-25 minutes. I didn't get up to my room until almost 4am. The rooms are old and dingy, the heat took forever to come on. I had to sleep with my coat on over my pajamas. I would've been better off staying at a motel honestly. For the price I spent I guess it was because of the location (Braintree). For a couple of dollars more I could've stayed at a close by hotel with better accommodations. I wouldn't stay here again.

The area outside the hotel seemed "seedy" and was a little scary getting there at night. The beds were not all that comfortable. But the geographical location was perfect for us and where we'd be visiting while in the area. Great highway access, but still a remarkably quiet room.

Never again
When we arrived no one was available to check us is. Waited 15+ minutes when another worker happened to arrive for her shift to assist myself and other guests, shecwas just as confused. Hallway and room smelled of weed and smoke. Room was horrible, dirty floor (something like ketchup on the floor), sink was disgusting and I found garbage when trying to find an outlet. I did not feel safe using the stove, beds were so uncomfortable even my young child complained about them. The ONLY reason we booked here was because it was pet friendly and we find an alternative option in the furture.

This was a last minute booking. Sheets were dirty. Lamp shade had mold on it. Carpet were bunched up in spots on the floor. Continental breakfast wass nonexistent. Coffee was terrible. No sugar. Trash on the floor in the lobby. The woman initially checked me in was very pleasant though. Room smelled like smoke as well.

The staff were all very pleasant. The hotel could use some updating. Their "FREE BREAKFAST" is deceiving. They call it grab and go (to your room) It is breakfast bars - prepacked mini muffins - instant oatmeal and no regular creamer. Then you have to bring it to your room as there is nowhere to sit. We stayed here a few years back and it was a full breakfast. Extended Stay needs to update their website calling it a free breakfast and call it what it is. I know everything has gone up in price but over $200 a night is pricey.

The tub in the room was disgusting, the first floor smelled like smoke , cigarette and pot, trash in the hallway, trash cans in hallway full of cereal. I complained to front desk and nothing was done.
