Moderni Oceanfront Home Swampscott

Egg Rock on nykyaikainen rantahotelli, josta on upea "Egg Rock". Kävele ravintoloissa ja kaupoissa, monissa ulkoilumahdollisuuksissa, yöelämässä ja julkisilla liikennevälineillä. Rakastat upeita näkymiä, kokin keittiö, korkeat katot, suuret kannet ja läheisyys Bostoniin, Salemiin ja rannikkokaupunkeihin. Egg Rock on täydellinen pariskunnille yhdessä matkustaville, seikkailijoille, liikematkailijoille, ryhmille ja perheille, joissa on yli 12-vuotiaita lapsia. (pitkät verhot ja avoimet portaat eivät sovellu pienille lapsille.
Paikalliset nauttivat päästä pois kaupungista ja jäädä tänne meren rannalla.

Ensimmäinen kerros:
Kokin keittiö, ruokasali, upotettu olohuone, jossa kaasutakka, TV ja puoli kylpyamme. Suuri kansi ja BBQ-grilli. Ensimmäisen kerroksen makuuhuoneessa on queen-vuode, oma suihku amme-yhdistelmä, ja se on kokien keittiön puolella.

Toinen kerros:
Master-sviitti king-size-vuode ja iso kaakeloitu kylpyhuone. Nauti merinäköalalla porealtaalta! Nauti auringonnoususta sängystä. Oma kansi.
LINCOLN-huone, queen-size-vuode ja oma kylpyhuone. Huiput meressä.
Millohuone queen-size-vuode ja oma kylpyhuone.

Kolmannessa kerroksessa:
3. kerros on parvihuoneisto, erillinen asuinpaikka.  Se on myös vuokra, katso listaus 995905, jos olet kiinnostunut vuokraamaan koko kiinteistön.

Pienet ryhmät voidaan varata halvemmalla sesongin ulkopuolella, ota yhteyttä Natashaan.

Talo on nykyaikainen, rakkaudella suunniteltu ja täynnä paikallista taidetta.

Se sijaitsee vilkkaalla kadulla, jolla ihmiset kävelevät merta pitkin vuoden. Kesällä kuulet musiikkia iltaisin etukannelta. Se on "tapahtuva" paikka Pohjoisrannalla.

We were in town visiting family and celebrating our grandsons high school graduation. The home is beautifully well kept and clean. The open floor plan was accommodating and comfortable. The ocean views from the living room and master bedroom were amazing! The entire property greatly exceeded our expectations.

We stayed in this house with three other couples for a weekend so we could hang out in Salem. The house is beautiful and had everything we needed. It was a quick 15 minute ride to Salem but we enjoyed the mornings in swampscott. Natasha was fast to answer any questions we had and even left some goodies for us at the house! Would definitely stay here again if we’re ever in the area.

We had an excellent time staying at this house. It was beautiful and very spacious. All accommodations included. By far the best rental I have experienced to this day. Would recommend it to anyone. Very relaxing.

We have stayed at Egg Rock Inn several times and it has always been a terrific experience. It is especially nice because it is within easy walking distance of our grandchildren's home. It has a beautiful view and the host has thought of everything to make our stay a delight.

4 couples, wanted to visit Salem in October, Boston and the surrounding area. The house is perfectly located for everything. House is great, perfect for 4 couples. Natasha was very helpful with places to eat and see. She was easy to get ahold of and very attentive. The house is like a 10 minute walk to the train station to Boston and Salem. We all had a great time.

We arrived in a storm to a delightful home with an excellent view of the coastal storm! The house was well equipped and perfectly decorated - we enjoyed all of the facilities nearby and would recommend Lincoln's Landing to anyone wanting fantastic coffee, brunch or breakfast. The host was excellent and pro-active and we would recommend this property to anyone

The property was outstanding. It was clean and spacious, with a great view of Nahant Bay. The separate bathrooms allowed easy preparations for my nieces wedding and trips to Boston and the surrounding area siteseeing.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home right on the beach! We had live music each evening from a nearby restaurant while sitting on the front porch watching the waves and the people. An easy drive to the airport or to downtown Boston. The kitchen and outdoor grill had everything we needed. Our only surprise was that two of the bedrooms shown can be rented separately; they were setup with mini fridges / coffee makers and direct access from the back stairs.

Everything about this home was perfect. It’s beautifully decorated and exceedingly comfortable. This home has everything you need to have a relaxing time. The views are spectacular! The location was better than we expected. Great restaurants and shops were a short walk away. The host was outstanding, she was kind, helpful and let us know she was available if we needed anything. We highly recommend this home, and we are already planning on returning.

The house is actually 4 apartments and unless you rent all 3 floors, you will be sharing the house with other guests. When we first made our reservation, Natasha told us that someone would be renting the 3rd floor at that time so we changed our travel plans to have the house to ourselves or so we were told. During the week we were there, 3 different parties occupied part of the house. It was disconcerting to have strangers just on the other side of the bedroom door from us. It was also unfortunate that one of the three parties was very loud—dropping things, hammering on the walls or floor, even their alarm clock woke us up every morning. I notified Natasha about the noise and she said she would ask them to be mindful if the noise continued. It never stopped. If you want the house to yourself, you will have to rent all three floors. I told Natasha that I would be making these comments in my review and she said that she has had similar misunderstandings with other guests and thinks that she needs to be clearer in the description of the house. She also asked what she could do to fix the problem and at that point, there wasn’t anything she could do. Had she given us a partial refund, I would have been reluctant to write this review, but I believe potential renters need to know the house sharing situation.

We rented this home for my daughter’s wedding in Nahant. It was clean, beautiful and the location was perfect. The owner, Natasha, was very helpful answering any questions, even where to get the best pizza!

We really enjoyed our stay with the ocean front view; The home owner was very pleasant and on hand to meet our demands; First home we rented where kitchen appliances were top notch' with plenty to choose from; Each bed room had their own personal bathroom great selling point; The tile floors were a very nice touch also; The entire house was thoroughly cleaned, a real home away from home!! Shopping was within five minutes from the home with nice quality food choices for your dining pleasure or just cook and eat in; Would highly recommend if you are coming to the Boston area to get this rental property
