Only registered guests are allowed overnight.
• Additional guests must be approved in advance.
• Unauthorized overnight stays: $200 penalty per person, per night.

Pets are not allowed unless specifically approved before booking.
• Unauthorized pets: $300 fine per pet, per night + extra cleaning fee.

📦 Deliveries
We do not accept package/mail deliveries. Please use Amazon lockers, FedEx/UPS locations, or deliver directly to the door during your stay.

• Unauthorized late check-out: $100 per hour.

Hyvää: Siisteys
The property had many board games and outdoor items for play. The location was ideal as we had family in Lexington and a wedding in Arlington Town Hall. All amenities were present and bedding, towels and soft furnishings were all very clean. The host was very responsive and timely with any need we had.
