This hotel is supposed to be a 9,6/10. No way!! Starting from the letter that they give you when doing the check in: blaa blaa blaa… we don’t provide water bottles anymore because environmentally non-friendly thing etc. Okay. I do understand that. Actually very good point. The hotel is giving a statement. Good. But, in the morning I go to have my breakfast. This got to be the biggest joke!! All cups, plates, forks, knives and spoons - they’re made out plastic or paper. Are you kidding me!! You talk about the sustainability and environmental issues and then you provide this solution including with plastic and more paper. The breakfast was very poor itself.
Btw, if you’re saying that you have the gym possibility, please do mention in your website/hotels.com that it’s in another building in a walking distance or more.
Btw, room 409 has a leaking toilet and irritatedly wining beds. And no VIP (Gold) upgrade or late checkout wasn’t mentioned/provided.
Sorry to say but this hotel is highly overrated.
