”I checked in, went to my room - door was open, mattress bare, sheets piled onto a chair, trash full with empty case of beer, obviously room was never cleaned or prepared. Went back to front desk, no apology from them, fortunately a different room was clean, prepped and readily available for me. Will never stay here again.”

”We arrived around 11 pm ant the room was about 100 degrees hot. Everything in the room was hot to the touch.The heat was on and AC did not worked.. Asked the front desk to change the room and she stated there is no room available but we are free to leave and find another hotel. Took half an hour for her to come up to come up and confirm the AC was not working. Since we were too tired after long drive decided to stay and later regretted as we could not sleep in the hot room. Unexpectedly bad...

”Valet staff was professional. Check in was smooth. I don’t recommend a room near the elevator as it’s open to the lobby and gathering area and can be noisy at times. Walkable to restaurants”

”Breakfast included fresh fruit 5 out of 6 mornings. Room temp was fine. ”

”In the room, the air conditioner was loud and vibrated when it kicked on every time. In the parking lot, half the lights were out, which is a safety issue. And, the lights under the canopy at the entrance were all out. Regarding the staff, we were assured of a phone call from the manager after providing evidence of the issues. Nobody contacted us, which is an indication that they don’t really care. ”

”The breakfast wa fresh but limited. There was bacon which was goo, the eggs were a little watery and potatoes which were made with hot (not sweet) peppers. The oatmeal was good and there was make your own waffles. Parking as fine”

”Was happy they had a room, since my previous hotel had overbooked and Expedia put me in this one. Desk manager was very friendly. Breakfast was nice. All was much better than I would have had anyway. ”

”Location central to restaurants. Brenda guest service was very helpful and professional. We came to Univ of Pitt graduation, she was able to accomodate us with checking in by 1pm instead of the 4pm check in time. Overall stay was great. Highly recommend Spring Hills at Marriott in Monroeville Pittsburg. ”

”The hotel has an access point from the parking lot, which was typically unlocked. When we arrived, using this access, a person entered the elevator smoking and nothing was done about it. The elevator smelled like a frat house during a party after that. The first room we had had a wonky desk, with a visible broken leg. No stand for luggage was provided and the pillows smelled. They ask you to request housekeeping before 11 AM but they didn't provide the service when we did. The second room lacked...

”The whole experience was good property and the front desk overall good experience Only problem we had at breakfast one of the staff was too rude even though no one touch the food with bare hands used the thong but she spoke very rudely arguing even though we explained but no use That wasn’t the pleasant experience before the checkout this breakfast staff need to be notified Hope they fix the problem for future guests ”
