”Old worn out facility. Dust and dirt in the room. TV did not work (but the staff did come by and fix it. When one guy could not fix it, he brought a co-worker, who fixed it. They were really good guys.) really noisy outside. ”

”A horse lovers dream! With over 400 acres to roam, it's hard not to find something beautiful here. The staff is very friendly and fun to talk with. The gathering areas are chock full of activities and things to look at it. Nearly any window you look out you'll see a horse! The animals, and there are many besides horses, are super friendly and lovable. We loved playing with all the animals here. We will definitely be back! ”

”Location is not enough, particularly good part of Athens, but not terrible. There were no rooms available in downtown Athens near the university of Georgia therefore, we picked this hotel. Staff were incredibly nice and location acceptable even if it was on the same block as fireworks store, gun store, liquor store, and what appeared to be some kind of marijuana related store. Unfortunately, the room was mostly clean but in poor overall condition and the grout in the bathtub was very moldy....

”You were in the middle of construction our room 420 had no bar in the closet, no hooks on the wall to hang clothes you still have punch out to do. Rate should of been adjusted due to construction ”
